With more than two decades of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure planning, and project delivery, Timothy Nolan founded Nolan Infrastructure & Design to provide practical engineering solutions supported by technical expertise and thoughtful design. His background includes advanced academic training in civil engineering and the built environment, combined with extensive hands-on industry experience.
